We started as fans. When MLB started building newer stadiums a few years back, we started a tour of our own. We are fans of the architecture and the fields. We have spent countless hours just talking about what made one stadium better than the next. We tried to sit in some of the best seats in the different venues. We spent a lot of time talking to other fans about this also - trading emails, scouring message boards, posting questions.
We realized we had quite the knowledge base - why not share it with the world. In the years since then we have gathered data on hundreds of stadiums and branched out way beyond baseball. Our statistics have gone through hundreds of rounds of improvement to get the best data.
